Async in ASP.NET
Jul 22, 2012 at 5:58 PMI like seeing the love for async/await, but don't understand why the only path mentioned for using it is 4.5?
The async targeting pack is awesome! I'd much rather you told 4.0 peeps to use that instead of making it appear that they're stuck not being able to use async/await at all!
I'd much rather see those non-await options listed as 'stuck using VS2010' since the async targeting pack does require vs11/vs2012

Silverlight TV 83: Using Wireframes to Visually Communicate a Windows Phone Experience
Oct 10, 2011 at 8:47 AMWith John heading to Disney and SLTV already being on hiatus, is this the end of SLTV? If it was going to refocus anyway (presumably on Metro/WinRT?), it seems like there's little point of continuing the show, but instead just start new with new host, new focus, etc.
Sorry if there was already some post/page about SLTV going from 'on hiatus' to 'officially ended' that I missed. No biggie if it's in limbo based on searching for another host instead or whatever, just curious.

Apr 19, 2010 at 7:07 AMi see this video (obviously) and the ninja one, but I don't see fritz's "convert web forms to mvc" video up yet - his asp.net ajax 4.0 talk is up, though. Any ETA on the 'convert' video?
Thanks!
