There are three main conventions relating to the number of spaces used to separate sentences within the same paragraph:

• one widened space, typically two to three times wider than an inter-word space (traditional typography)
• two spaces (English Spacing or American Typewriter Spacing)
• one space (French Spacing)

Yes, You can sync your file between two machines (p2p) without being stored them on cloud.

I love the idea of daily/weekly digest for all the updates happening in Microsoft. I just love it.. It would be really cool because interested people will not have to dig in through various websites to find news.. Please do that, my vote on that..

Seems like the CHM which you have shown comes with MS confidential (private) version of windbg...
