I love the player... However there is a lot FUD going out there about MS forcing us to watch the olympics with silverlight. "Sliverlight is not free" "THe site only works w/ Vista Ultimate so you have to upgrade to Vista Ultimate before watching the Olympics"
etc.
i don't understand why it matters if my service provider is Dish Network, Comcast, etc...
As mentioned in the last C9 weekly video, the laptops seem a distraction when they are on the laps of the people talking. Yeah I know laptops should be on a lap... but they distract from the rest of the video in my veiw.
Upload to the live mesh folder, or syncronize with other users and other systems. When I added the file to the folder that is synced with Live Mesh I see a status of uploading and see very very little progress over the course of 3 days it only got through
25% before I deleted the upload and synced it via USB or a UNC share on this which was way faster
Question I have is on the speed of the sync.... It seems to trickle so slowly to other machines.... I added a 1.5 Gig zip file to my mesh on Monday and still waiting for it to finish uploading to my mesh folder. Any way to increase the speed?
I wonder what this man is going to do after he "retires" I wonder what startup he is going to get behind or what crazy thing he will come up post-microsoft
