Make him look INTO the video, and not out of it, for starters. And maybe write "Channel9" to the left of him in white with a little bit of a dropshadow directly beneath the text, x = 1px, y = 1px - will probably look much better.
This was an awesome video. The first demonstration was excellent, I really loved that. The second, meh, not too impressed with it. I mean, seems a little 1995-ish? What I think of here is seeing my math teacher from middle school doing algebra on the over-head
projector. Writing on the projector as his silhouette is cast upon the wall. I really don't see this as much of an improvement over that.
But, the first demonstration is amazing! Rory, as always, love the personality and the "realness" about your enthusiasm! Keep up the great work!
Lately I've been an iPod + Podcast junkie. Is it at all possible to get an RSS of audio from the videos? Some of the videos deal with on-screen code, yes, but for the most part I just love listening. If I could subscribe via iTunes, and download the latest
shows in audio format, that would be awesome! Not to mention the fact that iTunes would probably attract more attention over here at c9.
Any chance we can get a better quality video next time? I am already head-over-heals in love with the roundtable method of recording these videos, and I just got done telling my Head of Technology about roundtable, the device - he's excited too.

Love it! Great content too! Just too low quality
Whoa...this stuff might actually motivate me to get a 360. Rory, I love how you are in the interviews...and not confined to the opposite of the camera...the other interviewers should do this type of interview more often
