Binding WPF Controls to an Entity Data Model

The toolkit (packaged as a ZIP file) contains:
a) A VS 2008 template for MVVM apps
b) A general intro to MVVM / MVC / etc. explaining why these are valuable
c) A walk-through, which uses the template to build a simple app
d) A complete WPF app (Messenger) demonstrating MVVM in the real world.
