My Language filter says only English. So why do I see this entry that is useless to me?
 
Also, I recently went through the entire (!) Channel 9 archive (over 1500 pages), looking for things of interest. And found a number (couple of dozen?) pages in Cyrillic, Polish, etc.
 
So it looks like the language filter is broken, and you've got a bit of housecleaning you could do.
