The Scripps Research Institute’s Collaborative Molecular Environment

Anyways, this is very impressive. My dad's a medicinal chemist and would find an app like this very useful.
This they really say it took 2 weeks to build that control and only 6-8 weeks to build the entire system?
Wow.

Microsoft Robotics Studio
Jun 20, 2006 at 8:04 PMWhat robot is being used for the first segment (Pioneer...)?
We're looking at adding robotics into our curriculum and Robotics Studio seems to be excellent for our needs.

Steve Ball - Learning about Audio in Windows Vista
Sep 17, 2005 at 5:44 AMA couple of weeks ago I was stumbling with the sound mixer because I wanted to limit my mIRC sound notifications and balance out my tv tuner volume. I was trying to do all this with the master volume control. I could never get it at the right volume and I had to constantly adjust the master volume per each app.
Then I thought, "Wouldn't it be cool if I could adjust the volume per each application?"
Now I'm very much surprised that this desire became a reality. Thank you Larry!
You know, being able to remotely control the volume per app would be cool too. (I'm not sure if you've already decided to do this as I have not exactly watched the whole video.)
Thanks guys! Vista is looking really sweet.

Kam Vedbrat - Looking at Windows Vista's user interface (AERO)
Sep 14, 2005 at 5:03 PMThough, I will ask this question, is this overall look of vista (the title bars, taskbars, etc) very close to the final image? There seems to be a lot of room for improvement, especially the title bars of the windows (those have an odd contrast with the left and right nav buttons).
