Live streaming over Xbox is a great idea and something we'd love to implement for future conferences.

I'll hopefully have the individual sessions up very early next week. It's a little time consuming chopping up and re-encoding.

If you submit a question that doesn't get asked live on the air then there are a few possible reasons why:

1) We missed your question due to a flood of retweets/spam/other questions
2) We ran out of time (there were a lot of questions for The Gu)
3) There's no answer for your question (yet). By this I mean, you've possibly asked a question where a decision has yet to be made, locked in on confirmed and therefore our guest can't give you a definite response.

We're doing our best to address all incoming questions

If you were having issues and they are now resolved then I think it's safe to say we're correctly identified the issue and will be fine for tomorrow. But yes.... fingers crossed.

We'll be broadcasting live, unscripted and fully interactive from the MIX11 show floor on Tuesday April 12th and Wednesday April 13th for MIX11.

Same drill as before - you get to ask the questions via twitter (or here in the Coffeehouse) that we then read out to our guests to answer in real-time.

We're going to use a hashtag -> #ch9live <- this time instead of asking you to reply to the @ch9live account but the end result will be the same.

@ch9live When you make a change in Windows Azure using Remote Desktop, how do the changes get applied to all the other nodes?

I know the PDC team are working on a download solution but I'm not sure if it's been implemented yet.

@kettch Were there any questions in particular that you asked that were not answered? I know that for Anders and Scott Guthrie we had a tonne of questions coming in and just couldn't get to them all

Did you catch any of the Channel 9 Live at PDC10 coverage?

I'd love to get your feedback on what you liked and what you thought might need improvement.

Some known Issues:
- We had a few audio sync and microphone issues across the two days
- An encoder crashed on day 1 which resulted in some lost video
- There were also some additional minor encoder hiccups which made the stream a little jumpy at times

Also, we didn't get as many questions submitted live as we would have liked. If you watched live but DIDN'T submit a question (either via the player Q&A or through Twitter).... how come?

What could we have done differently to get you to submit a question?

And finally - what topics or people were missing that you'd like to see next time?
