IE8 will not run on one account on my laptop. It runs fine under another account. The account that it does actually run under is a non-domain account (not sure if that matters here). The symptoms are as soon as I start IE8, it crashes. I have disabled all add-ins and tried launching in in-private mode, neither matter.

I also removed IE8 and reinstalled it using "Turn Windows Features on or Off". That did not resolve the issue.

I have looked everywhere for a solution and came up empty handed.

Does anyone know of anything else I can try to fix this?

Here is the event log entry for the crash.

(I have about 10 similar classes, the only difference is the data)

I was thinking about refactoring it out to an interface, so that I could easily pass arounf the instances without worrying about the specific type, but then it would have to be derived from Dictionary<Object, Object> to be flexible.
