(I wrote a console program to do that via Scheduled Tasks.)

I can then import the items that interest me and get the full RSS feed for those items.

For example, The Coffeehouse (http://channel9.msdn.com/rss.aspx?ForumID=15&Mode=0) should be the OPML and each thread would be an RSS feed.
