Kaspersky Lab unifies the development platform with a help from Microsoft Team Foundation Server 2010 to ensure the effective management of development and quality control software. Kaspersky Lab needed to implement a unified solution to replace multiple disparate tools and methodologies used by teams of developers and testers. Implementation of the decision took place in several stages. The pilot project was tested in the direction of the infrastructure development department, and then began a gradual connection of the other teams. The main advantage of the new platform - an automated pass-through routing within and between projects. Earlier, the search performed by the requirements could take up to several hours and required the efforts of almost the whole team. Now this is done by one person literally within 3-4 mouse clicks and the whole process takes no more than 20 minutes.
