As I said on the air - I believe there are 4 dimensions to good performance metrics

1. Response Time
2. Throughput
3. Concurent Users
4. Data Bandwidth

If you can define performance metrics that accurately describe these 4 dimensions you will have a good testable metric. For a really good discussion on this topic make sure you take a look at the chapter titled "Performance Modeling" in Improving .NET Application Performance and Scalability.

I use Juice to subscribe to my feed just so I can be sure that everything is working correctly and haven't noticed any problems so it may have been a transient one.

We did find that iTunes doesn't like file names with spaces in them so I started posting files without spaces in the name.
