Target Indy Race Team - Inside the technology of a race team (3 videos)
Jan 16, 2006 at 5:47 AMBut I do agree with you, I have a nice fast connection at work and the videos that are on Channel9 could look a lot better if the bandwidth was utilised a bit more. Although I'd probably have the IT guy jumping on my head for killing his bandwidth!
All in the name of geeky entertainment!
Singularity: A research OS written in C#
Dec 13, 2005 at 7:21 AMThis video was really interesting, especially coming from someone that has practically no knowledge of what ACTUALLY goes on inside an operating system. The idea of managed code inside an OS is quite intriguing.
Can't wait to see the second part!!
Angela Mills: From UDDI to Indigo
Dec 02, 2005 at 6:22 AMGo Britain!!
I don't think that the need for women in IT is as big here in England as America, as I see it.
In my university Computer Science course classes, I'd have to say that very close to half of the people there are women. Granted that most of them are doing Business Computing and Information Systems, but they're still doing IT based stuff, and will eventually be led into a job that is dealing directly with IT.
I think that women should be introduced more to technology, though, simply to give us geeks something else to dream about at night

Sep 28, 2005 at 5:56 AMHe may have been the boss of the largest company in the world.
He may be in the fastest growing industry in the world.
He may know his industry inside-out and back-to-front.
But at the end of the day, he's a geek.
#1 reason why I love Microsoft

Omar Shahine and team - New Hotmail "Kahuna"
Sep 22, 2005 at 5:18 AMUnfortunately Mail.com, as a domain and as a service already exists, so I doubt the 'hot' will be dropping from Hotmail with the arrival of the new system.

Sep 21, 2005 at 3:47 AMI love Microsoft dearly, but I wouldn't touch IE6 with a barge poll
Although IE7 looks very, very interesting...
