I don't know if this is the best place to ask this, but for the past couple of weeks (if not a month) I have been getting really slow downloads from Channel9.  I have been searching around, and it seems like a number of people from Australia seem to be having this issue also.  Through my standard ISP I am getting under 2K per second, but speed tests and downloads from other sites are around 600K per second.  And here is the really odd thing, when I VPN into work, I am getting around 350K per second, so I will be speaking with the IT department to see if they have any configured routes going on?
