  This talk tackles a pain point that is so hard to learn about otherwise because the settings tend to be scattered all over in GUIs/.config files/etc.

• New Home Page, Smooth Streaming added to Channel 9 today

  @Allon Guralnek: Not all of the C9 videos require being able to clearly see fine details.

  If I could toggle between IIS Smooth Streaming and old-style buffering on the video's page, that would be nice.

  This is a fantastic video.

  I love how it effectively tricks the viewer into learning all these otherwise-mindblowing programming concepts with something that appears very approachable.

  According to Neal's website, he's "Participating in the design of future revisions of the C# Programming Language: currently investigating support for asynchronous programming" as a "Partner Architect, Visual Studio Managed Languages" at Microsoft.

  The site seems to be quite reliable now so that's a nice improvement.

   

  As a developer, I also have quite an interest in the Scoble-style interviews.

   

  Has there been any progress on merging 10 and C4F into C9?

   

  I haven't seen anything recently about Revolution 9.

   

  And I watched to the end.
