Troubleshooting this problem in the dev environment is one thing, but how do Premier Field Engineers troubleshoot this problem in a customer's production environment when Visual Studio isn't an option?

I'm using xperf/ETW (profile -stackwalk) to find the cause of high cpu usage. The new WPR(UI) generates the needed symbols so that I can see what function causes the high cpu usage.
