Claims-based Security und die Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) ermöglichen die Absicherung ihrer Anwendung mit Hilfe von flexiblen, standardisierten Security-Protokollen. Diese Protokolle und Standards schaffen die Möglichkeit, Authentifizierungs- und Authorisierungsentscheidungen in ein eigenes Service (Security Token Service) auszulagern. Gemeinsam mit dem Azure AppFabric Access Control Service als Cloud-basiertes Security Token Service stehen ihnen damit ungeahnte Möglichkeiten zur Integration ihrer Anwendung mit verschiedenen Identity-Anbietern wie Active Directory, ADFS 2.0, Facebook, Windows Live ID, Yahoo zu integrieren. In dieser Session bekommen Sie einen technischen Einblick um zu verstehen, wie Sie WIF und Azure AppFabric Access Control zur Absicherung und Integration Ihrer Anwendung über verschiedeste Identity-Anbieter nutzen können.
