This works until you have a client that is running Windows XP. The collector doesn't work on that ancient crap.

By the way, can someone get on that broken progress bar bug in the player? Been there a while now.
@JoshRoss: It shouldn't run on stuff which is already unsupported by Microsoft. Extended support for XP ends in Apr,14 I believe.
