Let's get started with Windows Azure Cloud Service by getting our development environments ready. Then, we'll create a "Hello, World" Cloud Service and test it locally using Visual Studio.

Gotalons... This was just I was looking for ... The very basics....of cloud, since I always thought
that the concept of Role and naming it as 'Role' is a misnomer in place for web and worker roles in Azure.... But these simplified talks are making me believe and think like Microsoft !
