Have you ever watched a non-technical friend or relative using software? I have to tell you that in my opinion, most people are pretty frustrated with software. Yet day after day they continue to use it. But sooner or later somebody is going to figure out that users are the single most important element of their software, and when they do, whoever they are, they are going to make a lot of money. If you like the title of this episode, then you are going to like the guy who came up with that title; our guest on the show today; David Platt.
