How many times has IT gotten in the way of business? It seems that there is a great frustration factor between business and IT. Business wants to be dynamic but IT likes to be static… this is fodder for great clashes of culture. In this episode we are joined by Steve Jones from Capgemeni to consider how service orientation can help IT to become much more responsive to the dynamic needs of the business.
