I'd been wondering where that was...
Come on time to kick some butt.
Charles (or is it Chazz) who should we nag to get this working?
Charlie
And I guess Charles won't mind, if we download the video.
I'm going to watch this video while traveling home tomorrow. I have been watching another Behind the Code with Andrews Heijlsberg a few months ago. That was very nice and interesting. Let's see how this is.
Mark worked on the DOS loader and this legacy lives on in Portable Executable images today!
I am workin on it. Please be patient. Sorry for the inconvenience.
PS:How do you know about Chazz?
C
From Ballmer's comments of "October 2004" I'm surprised that it took 2 years to get this out.
Are these "Behind the Code" videos made for internal consumption and only now are being for public consumption?

Great video! more more!
brilliant video; very inspirational fellow
Is that video a few years old now though? ie, would this not be Marks 26th year?
Would it be possible to follow up with Mark with a C9 interview about his recent contributions, I am sure anyone who watches this video would find it facinating to know what he's up to and if/what he is contributing to Vista.
On another note, is WinFX sort of like OFS? Did he have any part in WinFX... (hope that doesnt go the same way as OFS
thanks guys
Yes, we will continue to release Behind the Code on C9. Our next release is slated (at this time) for August.
Thanks for watching!
Charles, how did you forget that? Were you really drunk? Or what has happened?
The video is GREAT! I watched it the last hour and I learned a lot
Two thumbs up, I love the concept of this show and hope to see more. I love to hear stories of how Dos/Windows came to be from the people who made it.
Maybe oneday we'll get Bill Hill, he's always interesting to hear from.

Kudos Mr. Zbikowski.
You certainly will not be forgotten.
I'd like to be as successful as Mark at Microsoft. However, the interview leaves me wondering if he received all the credit he deserves. Cairo became an albatros project and Mark got punished for his dedication. Also, I'm surprised he is not in a higher position at Microsoft.

Yes, he did. We filmed the show when he was still working here.

Just getting around to viewing - a bit longer than I can sit....Would it be possible to make it downloadable? I notice that "Download" is not currently one of the avail options where it is for most other vids.
Great interview, great interviewer, great technical quality.
Thanks.
