@dglienna: You can always download the media before playing it. See the download area next to the inline player. That said, we would appreciate it if you could run a traceroute on the streaming file and send it to us using the contact form. It could be an issue on our end, but we need data to support that notion (which we will use to correct the issue). Thanks!
