I enjoy it when they are "fooling around".  In fact, the personality is what brings me back to the show again and again.  Honestly, if the Tip of the Week intro doesn't make you crack a smile then you might be the "biggest bore". 

As an added bonus, this show has helped me solve real-world issues with Windows Azure (MVC3, hosting multiple websites from a single role, etc).  So for me it's far from useless.

Regardless, there are countless other resources for learning Azure beyond Cloud Cover.  You don't have to watch them clown around if you don't want to, but don't mess it up for me.

have you ever been to a conference or in a class with a mono-tone speaker or teacher? It's not fun or interesting to watch, and it's not very likely you'd go back.

Sure the antics are just that, but I believe it's great to show off the great personality behind the show during it's recording. I doubt you can say that you didn't learn a single thing from this episode. I'm now prepared for the SQL Azure Update, and am informed about the slight bug in the new Management Portal so when I'm presenting I can call out those issues.

If you don't enjoy the show because it's "Fooling Around" come back and click on the links for the tip of the week and read away. I, for one, enjoy the antics of Wade, Steve and other Co-Hosts.

P.S. - I've watched every single episode, some more than once!
