To accomodate addition NuGet packages in the future, we have made a few minor changes:
WindowsAzure.Storage -> WindowsAzure.Storage.Proxy WindowsAzure.Storage.AccessControl -> WindowsAzure.Storage.Proxy.AccessControl WindowsAzure.Storage.Membership -> WindowsAzure.Storage.Proxy.Membership
We have updated other NuGet packages (i.e. Phone.Storage and WindowsPhone.Notifications.ManagementUI.Sample) to reflect these changes.

Excellent explanation, I followed exactly and now I can write to the queue storage, blob storage and table storage, now I want to know if is possible to have an example of how to read data from it.
