Nice article, It is nice to see various performance improvement tips for web app, that yahoo suggests (Y-slow) has been introduced in framework and the vs.

Unfortunately, .Net 4.5 is still not available on Azure. If you would like to have this support added, please go on over to the Azure UserVoice site and vote on having .Net 4.5 support added to Azure: http://www.mygreatwindowsazureidea.com/forums/34192-windows-azure-feature-voting/suggestions/2598170-iis8-and-asp-net-4-5-support-in-azure-platform
