Great overview. This will really clear things up for people that don't really know what Windows Live, Live Services, Live Framework and Live Mesh are.

I sat through a whole morning at different sessions talking about Windows Live & Live Framework last week, but didn't really understand how they all fit together (or don't) until the evening when a Microsoft employee explained it to me in about 2 minutes... maybe I wasn't paying much attention in the morning.
