- Microsoft Deployment Toolkit 2012 Beta 1
- Microsoft Security Compliance Manager 2.0
- Microsoft Assessment and Planning Toolkit 6.5 Beta
Technical Interview:
Starting at [10:34] – we interview Sr. Technical Evangelist Michael Washam on the new 2.0 version of the PowerShell CMDLets for Windows Azure . More specifically, we cover:
- What has changed from Version 1.0 to Version 2.0
- The consolidation of the Access Control CMDLets and the Windows Azure Management CMDLets into a single package
- New CMDLets to do end to end creation of Windows Azure Services including Hosted Service Accounts and Storage Accounts
- Updates to the CMDLets for Monitoring including native export of Perfmon Counters
- New CMDLets that enable the end to end creation of SQL Azure Databases
