I've tried the SO-Aware.

Seems it works Thanks guys!

One thing I would really see, it is a "SO-Aware without SQL support". Why don't use config file(s) to the repository, if it is not huge (real world scenario)? Lots of scenarios where using SQL is not appropriate for performance reasons, complexity in installation, support.

Thanks for your feedback Leonid.

We depend on SQL for many things including the default binding and behavior configuration, the monitoring tables, etc. It's hard to conceive SO-Aware without a SQL backend.

BTW you might want to check out the SO-Aware BizTalk ESB resolver
