Umbraco provides an open source ASP.NET based Content Management System used today by 75,000 sites. The company was looking for a single cloud platform to meet its needs, ready to go after a single click and fast install. Umbraco evaluated several cloud providers and ultimately decided to standardize on the Windows Azure platform to create its new accelerator, enabling its product to quickly and easily run in the cloud without any required custom configuration. Paul Sterling, Partner, from Umbraco explains.
