In this episode, Unni Ravindranathan and Billy Chow join Jaime Rodriguez to introduce the Windows Phone 7 design templates.
The design templates are XAML-based templates for building Windows Phone Applications. These templates make it possible for you to copy paste XAML to easily create common Windows Phone UI layouts, and since the templates follow the Windows, you get a “metro” experience with zero effort.
What are you waiting for? Please download the templates from codeplex while you watch the video.
Sweet, sweet XAML!! Thanks to Expression Blend team for this handy resource.

and where is the download link?
Great job !
Should I be able to open WindowsPhone7UXGuide.sln in Blend 4 without getting a huge amount of errors? I can't even build it.
It all starts with could not locate the assembly Microsoft.Phone.Controls.Toolkit...
I now nothing about code but at least Blend makes sense because it's allot like using Illustrator or Flash. I was going through the HelloPhone tutorial last night and it was all working fine.
No recommended release yet on Codeplex. Hit the button too soon?
@dentaku:Hey, you do need to install the Silverlight Windows Phone Toolkit from here - http://silverlight.codeplex.com/releases/view/52297. It gives you extra controls like the ToggleSwitch and the WrapPanel
The CodePlex solution is now live and can be found at http://wp7designtemplates.codeplex.com/
Aha it works now. Thanks for the information.
You are right - there is nothing under the "Download" tab. To be a little clearer, look for the project under the "Source Code" headinghttp://wp7designtemplates.codeplex.com/SourceControl/list/changesets and get the latest build.
This is great! thanks.
I couldn't find the download Link
:(
To download the projct go to http://wp7designtemplates.codeplex.com. Also make sure to install the Silverlight for Windows Phone Toolkit (http://silverlight.codeplex.com/releases/view/52297) in order to run the project.
Is there any chance some of the slates will be running WP7?
@blender: People are confused because the download wasn't obvious until now. Previously you you needed to click on the "source code" tab to find it.
@dentaku: Thanks dentaku. Sorry we didn't catch that earlier :)
