Do you mean the video quality? You do realize that in order to see a laser you have to fill the room with smoke/fog, right?

I think that "bluray laser" thingy is fake. I don't think it would generate that strong light from the laser since the air normally does not absorb the energy in it that easily, even though there is a lot of smoke in that room
I have my doubts but I'm not saying it is fake.

I meant fake, I know you need to fog the room up and the beam was way too solid for that amount of smoke unless it was crazy powerful and would be popping more than a ballon.
I'm saying shenanigans on it.

SCA sounds similar to Managed Workplace's Service Center ... I was on the original dev team for that product, 8-9 years ago. We too had an agent based architecture, which I worked on in particular, and the event monitoring system, etc....
