Have a look at the CPU usage if you navigate to the cosmo styles for the toolkit controls. http://www.silverlight.net/content/samples/sl4/themes/cosmopolitan.html#/Toolkit

I already experienced this when I used the dark expression theme and I was able to track it down to the expander control style. I couldn't figure out what caused the high CPU usage, but I had to rebuild the style by myself to get rid of it. Maybe it has something to do circular referenced styles what drives the SL runtime crazy.

However, it would be nice if somebody could fix this problem in the official theme packs.
