He is currently the President of Pacific IT Professionals, (Pac IT Pros), http://www.pacitpros.org, an impendent association for IT Professionals. He has written numerous articles on Technology for many popular trade publications, is an International Speaker, and International Technical Trainer and can sometimes been seen on the evening news commenting on Technology. For the past 4 years Microsoft has awarded Douglas with the title of MVP, was selected by Microsoft to be their MVP Spotlight and was awarded the prestigious title of IT Hero by Windows IT Pro Magazine.
