Any outages or delays in messaging services directly affect the ability of employees to perform their day-to-day business functions. Michael Murphy interviews Grant Hogan, who is responsible for the Service Management of Microsoft IT’s implementation of Exchange 2007. They discuss how Microsoft IT monitors and manages the Exchange messaging infrastructure as a service to improve user satisfaction and increase employee productivity.
