Andre Howard – Andre Howard joined Microsoft United Kingdom in April 1999 as a senior operations analyst. Four years later he transferred to Microsoft Corporation in Redmond, WA, as a technologist on change management
 practices and for what was once known as the Global Client Software group, where he focused on security aspects of client desktop management. With 17 years of experience in the IT professional industry, Andre has gained qualifications in Ethical Hacking, completed
 his CISSP, and attained his MCSA:Security, all as a precursor to furthering his knowledge and advancement in security.
 
&amp;nbsp; 
Ben Shy – Ben Shy has worked at Microsoft since 2000 in a variety of roles in IT, including technologist with the Global Client Software group deploying Windows 2000 Intellimirror technologies, and program manager in
 the rollout of patch management in the RAS space. Additionally, he was also a key contributor in the deployment of IPsec at Microsoft in 2003. Ben is an engineer with the Desktop Management Service group, and is currently focused on client security and driving
 the technology adoption of emerging security features in Windows Vista.
