Server Core is a new minimal installation option of Windows Server 2008 that uses the command prompt as the local shell and runs a subset of the Server Roles in Windows Server 2008. In this TechNet Radio session we will discuss the Server Core architecture, functionality and how it compares to Linux.
We also feature the December 2007 Security Bulletin with Bill Sisk.
