BI, or "Business Intelligence" allows businesses to make better use of their data, and resources in order to make better decisions related to how to grow and improve their business. For the PDC09 in Los Angeles, Andrew Brust and Don Demsak will be presenting a special day-long workshop on November 16th which will show developers how to easily leverage Microsoft tools and technologies to solve the BI needs of their companies.

I invited Andrew and Don to discuss their workshop with me, but since they live on the East Coast I relied on Peter Laudati, special correspondent for The Knowledge Chamber, to conduct the interview for me.
