What does this mean?

Else I can insert my own live distro cd at boot time or just take out hard drive and insert it into healthy pc.
I think BartPE (free) can be relatively easily put into USB thumb drive or cd and it can also act as file server .. or atleast send files to network etc.
Though last I checked some time ago it took some effort.
However, from a MicroISV perspective I would have been interested to hear about difficulties that this MicroISV overcame or tips for other MicroISV's.
