MicroISV's really need a very wide range of tools (VS Team Edition, operating systems, Office, Expression etc. etc. etc.) in order to be optiminally productive as a small ISV. However, the price for all these tools is way beyond the reach of many ISV's, particularly those just starting.
If anyone could change this situation I think that many people would benefit including Microsoft!
