I made a guide in German:

translate it with google or MSFT translator and try all steps (generate the dump, open it with WinDbg and look at the output). Also try all the linked hotfixes.

[06:10] - Win8 restarting in first boot, restarting fine second time.

make a BIOS update.

[15:03] - Ethernet controller needs to be removed/installed on reboot.

try this FixIt:

[17:58] - What is purpose of 100MB partition with Windows 7.

if you setup the partitions with a 3rd party tool and run the Windows 7 setup and don't change the disk setting, the 100MB (350MB in Win8) partition is no longer created.

[18:36] - XP Mode and Windows 8.
