Microsoft tech troubleshooter extraordinaire Gov Maharaj and I help walk you through troubleshooting solutions to your tech support problems. If you have a problem you want to send us, you can use the Problem Step Recorder in Windows 7 (see this for details on how) and send us the zip file to DefragShow@microsoft.com. We will also be checking comments for problems, but the email address will let us contact you if needed.
Note: We'll be off for several weeks in June while Channel 9 broadcasts live from Tech Ed North America and Tech Ed Europe. (This episode was posted from the passenger seat of Project Detroit)

To edit the commands use this cool tool:
http://defaultprogramseditor.com/
[22:13] - Offline installer for IE9.
Use those links instead:
32Bit Win7: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=210145
64Bit Win7: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=210143
Those version always comes with the latest cumulative IE security update.
And this is only a MSU update file which doesn't check anything (only thta it applies to the correct CPU architecture)
Not sure about the HDMI(computer) to DVI(TV), but DVI(computer) to HDMI(TV) does allow sound. You do have to connect a SPDIF cable(small 2 wire cable) from the motherboard to your video card.
