Microsoft tech troubleshooter extraordinaire Gov Maharaj and I help walk you through troubleshooting solutions to your tech support problems. If you have a problem you want to send us, you can use the Problem Step Recorder in Windows 7 (see this for details on how) and send us the zip file to DefragShow@microsoft.com. We will also be checking comments for problems, but the email address will let us contact you if needed.

RE: Bing on your door. I'm a big fan of sending a "Let Me Bing that For You" link to someone when asked overly simple question - http://letmebingthatforyou.com/?q=defrag%20show

the update to support WPA2 is part of XP Sp3. Install the Sp3 and you can use WPA2 with XP.
[02:50] - Is there a way to exclude file types from Start Menu index
install ClassicShell (With the Win7 theme: http://www.askvg.com/download-classic-shell-skin-to-get-windows-7-look-like-start-menu-and-start-button-in-windows-8/), it only scans for exe and cpl files and excludes all such useless links you don't want in Startmenu.
[10:36] - Is there a way to kill the Virtual PC Host process
VPC for Windows 7 doesn't come with a service. Looks like the VPC.exe has a deadlock which prevents it from closing. You can try this hotfix http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2582203/en-us and if this doesn't close VPC.exe after closing the VM, create a dump of VPC.exe with ProcExp and send the dump to Gov, so that he can debug why VPC.exe doesn't stop.
[15:50] - Pick of the Week - Hotfix KB2617858 [link]
I think, some other hotfixes are more important (KB2510636 and KB2555428)

// edit: I saw you mentioned KB2510636
I should go sleeping now. Watching the video when being dog-tired is not the best.
@windev: I prefer to use the other link for that...
