Scott says hours instead of 3 months because
Azure usage is hourly based. So, you will not need to use it
in one shot. You can spread these hours through the all year.
That's why he was insisting to use term of "hours" instead of 3 months.
@teoman: I'm just saying that it's harder for someone to quantify hours versus months. It's like saying someone just had their birthday and they turned 360 months
