8.8.8 is nice, but missing the target for 8888 as RTM build number is not.
@felix9:
i dont really get how they "miss" a build numberlike that. arent those numbers "coerced" anyway? it seems inprobable that there are exactly 8888 builds (or 9200 builds) in the windows branch.. i mean did someone queue a new build by accident and fudge the 8888 build [and therefore had to queue 312 more builds]?
then again, getting the final build to exactly 8888 might not be a huge priority
@aL_: it was not an 'accidental' build, but an 'accidental' or 'unexpected' bug, so they have to pump the 'perfect' build number again in order to fix that bug, that was a real show stopper.
Thanks for the aspConf shoutout. We have all the sessions filmed in Channel 9 studio online of course, bue are still getting videos from remote presenters, getting them edited, etc. We have 30 online now, more going up every day.
Also thanks to the other conference organizers (Eric Hexter and Javier Lozano) and our volunteer staff.
@jongalloway: Thanks Jon for the clarification
Codealike is now available for VS 2012. You can download form http://bit.ly/HARoV1
@Hernan: a better link, because I hate clicking random links that start downloading things
