	<description>Kathleen is corporate vice president of Worldwide Customer Support and Customer and Partner Experience within our Services and IT organization. She runs an orginaztion that reaches 600 million people a year online, 50 million people over the phone, and
 over 30,000 customers on-site! 

She is responsible for the strategy and delivery of technical support for Microsoft products including enterprise, developer, consumer, and Small and Midsize Solutions and Partner products.


Hogan earned her bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics and economics, magna cum laude, from Harvard University. In addition, she holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where she now serves on the Women in Management Board,
 which provides support to female students who pursue careers in business management. Whew!!</description>

no. but we asked a question that was inappropriate in terms of timing... Nothing about any third party companies... pretty minor edit, really..<br>
<br>
PS I thought Jenny did a great job of interviewing, as always. It's not easy to interview execs.<br>
