Occasional formatting problems when checklists are saved as an Excel CVS file

When you save checklists as .cvs and if some of the guidelines have "," in the title as currently we have in some of the checklists the .cvs format is messed up for this checklist items.

Solution for this issue is avoid adding "," in the title till the time bug is fixed.
