Question: How can I share the Guidelines with my team?

Answer:

You can share the guidance with your team using one of the following approaches.
* You can share views or guidance in XML format by selecting Export as XML from the tool's context menu.
* You can save guidance in HTML format which can be hosted on the team server for internal reference.
* You can save guidance in Word format which can be circulated and edited within the team.
