Question: How can I use Guidance Explorer during a design review, code review and deployment review?

Answer:

Each guideline has been classified by type: Design, Implementation or Deployment. When performing each type of activity you can filter the guidelines for the corresponding type and then use these guidelines during the review.
For example when doing Deployment review, in the Guideline Library, filter the guidelines for Deployment Type. The filtered set of guidelines can be used during a deployment review.

If you need a hardcopy to take with you to a review you can save the guidance as a word document and print it out. Use the Save As option in the tool's context menu.
