Answer:

1. Check the News section on the GotDotNet site for the latest Guidance Library.
2. Download the latest Guidance Library build (zip file) from the Download sections.
3. Unzip the files to a temp folder.
4. Copy the Library folder from the temp folder and paste it in the Guidance Explorer directory structure replacing the Library folder there.
5. Restart the Guidance Explorer tool.
